Tonight we made chicken vegetable stir fry. We used the rest of the bag of frozen vegetables, one of our two last chickens, and a fresh green pepper. We partly grilled the chicken on the George Foreman grill with balsamic vinegar and spices, but when the inside didn't cook we chopped it up and finished cooking it with oil, spices and vegetables. : ) Shahram said people call chunks of chicken like that 'Ghhay-meh' and there is an idiom when people are mad they say, "Ghay-meh ghaymatt meccanam!" I am going to chop you into little pieces. Bwahahaha!
We also had corn on the cob. : ) It was delicious. However, that piece that is cut up had a worm that we cut out of it. So, even though it turned out that none of the rest of the corn had any worms, we made a bet about who would find the next one- Delicious!- and bite off his head.
Then there was the leftover spaghetti on its way out but not much sauce so we mixed the sauce we had all through the spaghetti. It was decent, but we forgot to heat up the spaghetti after so the chicken stirfry was delicious, the corn was interestingly/dangerously delicious, and the spaghetti was good but cold noodles. We also improvised spicy sauce for the veggies by mixing tons of hot sauce packets with the small remainder of the ketchup and sloshing it around. It tasted like BBQ hot sauce.
